A creation by our Pastry Chef, Cristian Vasilescu, where sweetness, texture and seasonality meet. Fresh figs, dark chocolate and pecan unite under a delicate red wine sorbet, transforming a simple dessert into a celebration of flavour.

Boulevard 73 is dressed in its Christmas best, where historic charm and meticulously preserved details shape a setting found nowhere else in Bucharest.
