Today we visited CODE University of Applied Sciences, which is one of Berlin’s most innovative universities, built around technology, entrepreneurship and real-world problem solving 💡
What stood out?
More than 15% student founders, over 230 companies created and a startup-first mindset that turns ideas into action. 📈
A really inspiring discussion about the future of education, innovation ecosystems and how universities can become launchpads for entrepreneurs instead of just classrooms.

Our MDBI students had the opportunity to visit McKinsey & Company and engage in a truly valuable conversation with Partner Nico Raabe about real business challenges, digital transformation and the future of industries in an increasingly AI-driven world. 💼🌍
What made the session stand out was the honest, practical perspective behind global consulting:
• how companies navigate uncertainty and rapid change
• what digital transformation actually looks like in practice
• the growing impact of AI across industries 🤖
• how strategic decisions are made inside large organizations
• the importance of adaptability, critical thinking and continuous learning
Beyond the business insights, it was also a great opportunity for our students to better understand the mindset, pace and complexity of top-tier consulting environments.

Our Berlin Study Visit continued with an inspiring visit at Microsoft Germany, where MDBI students explored how digital transformation, AI and cybersecurity are reshaping industries at both corporate and government level. 🇩🇪💻

Berlin, day 1 🇩🇪✨ And what a way to start.
Our 2nd year students from the Master in Digital Business and Innovation (MDBI) kicked off the Berlin Study Visit at Humboldt University — one of Europe’s most iconic universities and a place where history, research and innovation meet.
A few things that impressed us:
• 170 nationalities represented 
• 36,000+ students 🎓
• a strong international and entrepreneurial ecosystem 
• one of the oldest and most renowned universities in the world 🏛️
Beyond the numbers, today was about perspective: experiencing how global universities build innovation-driven communities and connect education with the future of business.
