In large-scale infrastructure projects such as hotels, it is not always necessary to enter with “big capital” to gain access to stable returns and professional operational management.
Small-investment models (purchasing individual units or shares through SPV/fractional structures) open the market to a wider circle of private investors. They lower the entry threshold to a single room, while professional operators and asset managers take on responsibility for management and compliance. Profit is distributed proportionally to contributions, so even an investor with a modest share benefits from the performance of the entire hotel pool.
The European hotel market today demonstrates resilient demand and rising profitability, supported by the recovery of corporate travel and the redistribution of commercial flows across Europe. With more than 300 stores of leading international brands, food courts, a cinema, an amusement park, an oceanarium, and an ice arena, Blockbuster Mall is not simply a list of urban amenities. It is a unique multifunctional space where business, leisure, and cultural events converge under one roof – the roof of Blockbuster Mall in Kyiv.
This modern complex, with a total area of 450,000 m², has since its opening in 2019 become a new economic and cultural magnet for the capital, a center of social life, and an exceptionally valuable asset.
