NGB is in final stages of signing a partnership agreement to design, build and install 2 BESS container storage facilities in 2026 in Romania through its subsidiary NGB Energy

BESS 1 (100Mw) will be in Ploiesti county and BESS 2 (100Mw) will be in Pitesti County. Each site will compromise of approx. 20 containers.

The total investment per site is estimated at € 16 million.

Final stages of the D4 Building. Completing the final 5,000m2.

Final stages of delivering the P10 Business Center in the Port of Constanta Sud. The 1700m2 building - which belonged to NGB’s terminal since 1992 after privatising S.C.H Constanta SA (the company that historically built the entrance to the Danube and the port of Agigea - is nearing completion.
Final works begin Monday on the exterior area of the building (Parking, green areas, entrance).

The Building was completely renovated from scratch; offering shipping companies, terminal operators and customs operators new/modern office space inside the port as we support and follow the objectives and mission of Romania, the MoT and the Port Authority.
