Almost there.

Finishes are landing, rooms are settling into their final character, and the work is shifting from construction to curation. What began as raw space is now a home taking its last deliberate steps toward completion.

Construction Update, Private Villa.

The glass is in.
Floor-to-ceiling glazing now defines the villa’s main facade - a curtain wall that dissolves the boundary between inside and out, bringing the landscape in from every level. The corner wraps in glass, the staircase descends alongside it, and the views that were designed on paper are now simply there, waiting.

Inside, compartmentation begins, rooms taking shape, thresholds forming, the logic of daily life being laid into the walls. The house is starting to hold its breath.

As visitors move through the store, they're guided on a tactile journey marked by a rich material palette, from the marble of The VVD kitchen to the fine finishes of the Hector bookshelves, both designed by Vincent Van Duysen, and on to the immediately striking Porta Volta Chair by Herzog & de Meuron.

The Pénélope console by Christophe Delcourt captivates with its organic lines and sculptural elegance. Resting upon it, La Mano from the Gio Ponti Objects collection adds a quietly surreal counterpoint, a reminder that the finest spaces leave room for the unexpected.

Featured in the collection is the Theo bed by Yabu Pushelberg, characterized by rounded contours, generous proportions, and clean organic lines. Paired with the delicate and heavy Panna Cotta table by Ron Gilad, Theo is a compelling statement design that fosters a deeply relaxing bedroom aesthetic.
