Andronic and Partners has advised Artesana and its founders on Booster Capital's acquisition of a stake in the company. The transaction is pending regulatory approvals and completion of agreed conditions.

Through this partnership with Booster Capital, Artesana plans to invest over €10 million in a new artisanal cheese production facility, pursue international expansion, and modernize operations through digitalization. The founders are also exploring strategic acquisitions of niche players in the Romanian dairy market, drawing on Booster's extensive experience in acquiring and successfully integrating complementary businesses.

We are pleased to announce that Andronic and Partners has successfully advised Ricky Stein, minority shareholder of Gemila Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH (Vienna), in the sale of his stake to the majority shareholder, Vectr Gemagro.

Gemila is the holding company of Agro Concept SRL, the exclusive Romanian importer of New Holland agricultural machinery and a major player in Romania’s agri-business sector.

The transaction was part of a complex cross-border process, with Kogaion Investments acting as exclusive advisor to the minority shareholders, led by Managing Partner Adinel Tudor. We extend our sincere thanks to Adinel and his team — it was a pleasure to work together and form such a strong, collaborative partnership.
