Non painful apical periodontitis in previously endododontic treated tooth (more than 15 years ago). Patient complained about a small crack in the old filling. Single visit endodontic retreatment. Cleaning and shaping done with handfiles and TF Adaptive files. Irrigation: NaOCl, EDTA and alcohol. PUI. Obturation: WVC (AH sealer).
