On 1 March, we welcomed the arrival of spring by celebrating the beautiful tradition of Mărțișor, a symbol of renewal, hope, and good luck.

Baker Tilly Romania offered all the ladies in our team a small cosmetic gift set as a token of appreciation.
To make the day even sweeter, our colleagues from the Audit department surprised the entire office with a wonderful selection of homemade and store-bought treats, bringing everyone together to celebrate the start of spring.

Moments like these remind us how important it is to celebrate traditions, appreciate our colleagues, and enjoy the small gestures that brighten our workplace.

Baker Tilly South East Europe brought its team together from across the region in a two-day gathering that reinforced the importance of collaboration, alignment, and shared vision. During the programme, the team participated in team-building seminars led by Dom Bruno, focused on building trust, setting up for success, and fostering motivation and empowerment. Last weekend, we crossed the border to visit Seven Generations Winery in Ruse, just a short drive from home, for a team building session.
