(AN)ORGANIC is an interdisciplinary initiative that creates space for young people to explore AI. It brings together research, education, technology, psychology, and artistic exploration to better understand how AI is already reshaping the world we live in.

We chose to support it because we appreciate the approach: not hype, not fear either, only thoughtful dialogue.

Building robots, showing up to competitions, growing step by step, that’s exactly the kind of journey we’re excited to support. 🤖

“Terminalul Sosiri/Plecări” is a multi-spatial performative installation created by five teams of theatre and photo-video master’s students in Cluj, who have documented the experiences of five international students in the city, exploring themes of identity, transition, and belonging through personal narratives.

We’re glad we could support this initiative.

For many of our colleagues at Cariere V15, job fairs are already familiar territory. But for Eric, this was the first time standing on the other side of the booth.

We love seeing the team of AMIQ ambassadors grow each year. For us, it’s a sign that more people want to share their experience and help the next generation of engineers find their path. And for Eric, it was also a great opportunity to meet future colleagues right at the start of their journey.

When life gives you lemons… bring them to a job fair 🍋

Our lemon-themed goodies were quite popular this year. The idea was simple: bring a small dose of positivity to students exploring their first career steps.

Judging by the number of lemons that left the stand in students’ backpacks, we’d say the idea worked.

Our AMIQ ambassadors are amazing! Hours of standing, talking, answering questions... and they make it look easy! 🍋

We know it’s not easy to give up part of your weekend and stay energized all day, which is exactly why we appreciate it so much.

Sometimes the best office moments are the simplest ones: something homemade, shared with colleagues. Today, the AMIQ Consulting team treated themselves to mucenici generously topped with walnuts, prepared by the team themselves, and enjoyed together around the table (exactly the way homemade food is meant to be shared) ❤️
