Virtual portfolio exit.

As of 23 October 2014 we have decided to close most (if not all) of our virtual portfolio positions. Currently we have accumulated a total pre-tax virtual profit of 2,901,300 lei, thus generating a yield of 66% over the course of past 29 months since the start of our project.

Our decision is to exit our positions and wait a potential market correction. Taking into consideration 16% tax and exchange transaction commissions we will register a virtual net profit of 2,408,000 lei. The net result percentage (AFTER TAX) for our initial virtual investment of 4,400,000 lei is 54.7%

2013 in figures In 2013 we managed to outperform past years in several areas such as project financing, project implementation management and also project research and development.

Following our December review we have prepared a comparison chart that shows several major world indexes outperformed by our portfolio.

Quite some time passed since our last review of the virtual portfolio. In the mean time we received the cash dividends for our investments and the market has been quite bullish.

Since our project start in May 2012 we received a hefty 62% on our initial invested capital and our year-on-year yield has gone as high as 41% outperforming most ETFs and mutual funds and placing our proposed strategy in top-notch lists.

Basically our initial virtual investment of 4.4M RON has grown into a 6.2M RON asset value (all liquid) and we also have about 1M RON free cash summing up in a total of 7.2 M RON.

Good news both from financial markets and economical data pop up from traders, stocks, corps, media and so on.
