AMR doar o saptamana pana la Semifinala DIAGEO World Class Romania 2026, unde 6 din cei mai buni barmani din Romania se vor lupta in cocktailuri pentru a ajunge la Finala Europeana din Rotterdam, Olanda!
Dar pana atunci, trebuie sa va prezentam ilustrul grup de jurati pe care ii avem pregatiti!
1. Andra Dragan - DIAGEO World Class Romania 2021 Winner
2. Claudiu Szabo - DIAGEO World Class Romania 2025 Winner & Top 10 Global Finalist
3. Claudiu Mnerau - DIAGEO World Class UAE 2019 & 2025 Winner
Andra, Claudiu & Claudiu, vor gusta, asculta si juriza bauturile si conceptele celor 6 semifinalisti pe care le-au pregatit pentru probele:
1. Johnnie Walker Black Label “HOP-SCOTCH” - proba in vare fiecare dintre finalisti vor trebui sa sa creeze 3 bauturi; 1 x Highball, 1 x bautura scurta si 1 x bautura servita “straight-up” (fara gheata). Prin aceste bauturi, barmanii vor trebui sa demonstreze cm Scotch Whisky-ul poate fi folosit in orice tip de bautura clasica, indiferent de baza alcoolica ale acestora!
2. Don Julio Tequila “DIGITAL GALERÍA” - barmanii au primit un set de intrebari iar raspunsurile lor la aceste intrebari au fost folosite pentru a genera niste imagini AI personalizate pentru fiecare dintre cei 6! Fiecare dintre competitori vor trebui sa creeze o bautura inspirata din imaginea AI personalizata in care sa inglobeze si propria lor interpretare a unui moment celebrator!
Avem probele, dar si mai important, avem persoanele cele mai potrivite care sa le jurizeze la cel mai inalt si capabil nivel!

The qualifying rounds for DIAGEO World Class Romania 2026 have ended and we finally have our Top 6 Semifinalists!
On the 12th of May they will battle it out in order to get to the Top 3 that will proceed to the DIAGEO World Class European Finals 2026 which will take place in Holland!

Recipes have been sent and now the time for the judging process is closer and closer!
Here are the cities, dates & times for each of Romania’s regions!
🚨SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FOR BUCHAREST BARTENDERS:
Due to the fact that in Bucharest we have 29 bartenders enrolled, we have to split the judging process into 2 days!
🚨 10.03.2026 AND 11.03.2026, Tuesday and respctively Wednesday!
In both days we will start the judging process at 11:00AM sharp, so all bartenders are required to be at by 10:30AM max!
On Tuesday, 10.03.2026, ALL 29 BARTENDERS are required to be at Uanderful by Fratelli in order to make the random draw and to make the split!
ONLY the first 15 bartenders will be judged on Tuesday, 10.03.2026 and the remaining 14, will be judged on Wednesday 11.03.2026!!

Salutari dragi World Class Bartenders!
In anul 2026 incepem din nou cautarea pentru cel mai bun barman din Romania, care sa ne reprezinte tara in finala Europeana dar si in cea Globala!
Este un an special deoarece formatul DIAGEO World Class se schimba, iar anul acesta vom avea 3 castigatori ce vor merge mai departe in finala Europeana, care va avea loc in Schiedam, Olanda, la distileria Ketel One Vodka!
Prezentarile sustinute de castigatorul DIAGEO World Class Romania 2025 si Ambasadorul DIAGEO World Class Romania .reserve au luat sfarsit, iar acum este timpul sa va canalizati toata creativitatea si skillul in arta bauturilor mixate, pentru a crea doua bauturi cu care veti avea sansa sa va calificati in finala Europeana!

Last night here in Canada was an amzing rollercoaster of emotions, happiness, tears of joy and pride for our Team Romania!
The first time since 2019, Romania has achieved another amazing feat, qualifying in the DIAGEO World Class Bartender of The Year 2025 Top 10 with !!
Claudiu’s passion, talent & determination has put him through the first 4 challenges and right into the Top 10 making him the first Romanian bartender to achieve this feat!
Claudiu’s hard work was supported every step of the way by our World Class Ambassador, .reserve , our 2024 World Class Champion, and now for the Top 10 “Banquet” Challenge, our fellow Romanian and brother in shakers, who has gracefuly accepted our invitation to join forces with us in order to achieve the ultimate goal!
We also want to congratulate Claudiu Mnerau for being the second time in the DIAGEO World Class Global Finals and for his awesome journey through this year’s Global Finals! What an absolute legend!
As we speak, Claudiu Szabo together with Claudiu Mnerau are working hard and prepping for the Top 10 Challenge, in which they have to prepare 3 drinks that will be pared with 3 dishes, a starter, a main & a desert!
The spirits they’ll be using are Seedlip Grove, Tanqueray No. TEN and Zacapa Rum!
