SOS Insolv SPRL

S.O.S. Insolv SPRL Bucharest just helped researchers at the Leiden Law School in the Netherlands in collaboration with professors Reinout Vriesendorp and Jan Adriaanse, for a study on judgement and decision making within the areas of insolvency law and director liability.

The objective is to offer a novel perspective on insolvency law by utilizing the interdisciplinary nature of our research team and by adopting a social sciences approach with empirical research methods.

The research has already been sent to the members of the Dutch equivalent of INSOL Europe, through which had sent a great response.
