• To build on existing strengths to improve the skills, sustainability and reputation of small-to-medium-sized NGOs in Romania.
• To enhance a more transparent, trustful and equal cohesion between the charity and corporate sectors in Romania

We will achieve these aims in the following ways:

1. Acting as a trusted intermediary between NGOs and donors
2. Building a portfolio of Donors/Supporters and NGO’s who can work together for the greater good of society
3. Promoting best practice and transparency in fundraising and charitable giving
4. Providing expertise, training and support to small and medium-sized NGOs, to help them grow and develop in a sustainable way. We primarily seek to assist small to medium-sized NGOs in the charitable or social sector in Romania. Our target groups in terms of seeking support are SMEs, larger corporations and individuals
At the same time, while many larger corporations have established ways of donating to NGO’s and/or have a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program in place, Bridging The Gap encourages those companies who do not currently give to do so in a simple way.
