Today, we concluded the third edition of our workshop with a full day dedicated to 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐕𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐏𝐘.

Under the guidance of 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐆𝐞𝐫𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐎𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 and 𝐃𝐫. 𝐑𝐨𝐱𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐆𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐚, participants moved from anatomy and exploratory oto-endoscopy to advanced hands-on techniques for accessing and treating the middle ear in dogs and cats.

But these three days were about much more than techniques.

They were about learning from exceptional specialists, asking questions, exchanging experience, practicing side by side and bringing together veterinarians from across the world with the same desire to keep moving our profession forward.

From 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐫𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐲 on Day 1, to 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐫𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐲 on Day 2, and finally 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐭𝐨𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐲 on Day 3 — it has been an extraordinary journey.

Day 2 in Bucharest brought our international group together for a deeper dive into 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐲.

With Prof. Gerhard Oechtering and Dr. Roxana Gherghina guiding each session, participants worked closely around the endoscopy stations, discussing approaches, comparing techniques, asking questions and learning from every detail.

And this is perhaps the most valuable part of bringing veterinarians from around the world together: knowledge does not travel in only one direction.

Experiences are shared.
Questions lead to new discussions.
Different perspectives meet around the same table.
And everyone leaves with something new.

Today also included a dedicated focus on 𝐟𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐫𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐲, with demonstrations followed by practical work at the stations.
