Doc House | The Second Floor

The final chapter of Doc House is the second floor —
and judging by the messages I received, many of you would happily move in and live only up here 😌
The second floor truly stole the show.

This level is about privacy, ritual, and everyday luxury,
designed with the same clarity and coherence — from architecture to interior — as the rest of the house.

Along with the main bedroom posted previously, here you’ll find:
▫️ A generous walk-in closet with his & hers islands 👔👗 — equal space, equal comfort
▫️ A private sauna 🔥 — integrated into daily life, not treated as an extra
▫️ A bathtub designed for pause and reset 🛁
▫️ The main bathroom, fully resolved:
– his & hers showers 🚿🚿
– his & hers toilet rooms — privacy without compromise

Everything is carefully zoned, proportioned, and technically aligned —
so luxury feels effortless, never excessive.

This is how Doc House ends:
not with a loud statement, but with spaces that quietly work — every single day.

Doc House | Main bedroom

This main bedroom was about balance — not saying no to requests, but merging them into one coherent space.

▫️ Custom lighting design ✨ — layered, calm, and fully integrated into the architecture
▫️ Laminam – Patagonia, repeated from the living room to keep material continuity throughout the house
▫️ A double queen-size bed 🛏️🛏️ — a special client request, carefully proportioned so it feels intentional, not oversized
▫️ A treadmill + home office 🏃‍♀️💻 — integrated without turning the bedroom into a gym or a workspace
▫️ A concealed beam integrated into a curved plaster wall — structure absorbed into design, keeping the geometry clean and uninterrupted

The challenge wasn’t fitting everything in.
It was making sure the room still feels like a bedroom.

And it does — because:
• zoning is clear
• lighting sets the hierarchy
• materials tie the space back to the rest of the house
• architecture and interior were designed together, not layered afterward

Doc House | Upstairs bedrooms

Upstairs, every bedroom comes with its own private bathroom 🚿🛏️
Designed for comfort, privacy, and long-term functionality.

What you don’t immediately see — but really matters — is how the bathrooms are cleverly positioned back-to-back, using a shared plumbing system 🧠
A smart architectural move that keeps the layout clean, the ex*****on efficient, and the construction costs under control.

▫️ Joined plumbing lines, seamlessly integrated
▫️ Architecture and interior design conceived as one

▫️ Upstairs hallway ✨ — not just circulation, but a spatial pause that connects everything

These are the spaces that quietly support daily life —
designed with clarity, proportion, and long-term use in mind.

A house designed, drawn, and shaped entirely by me —

Double-height living, bold yet controlled gestures, and elements that naturally spark curiosity 👀

▫️ A sculptural curved sofa, custom-designed to soften the volume
▫️ A statement wall clad in Laminam – Patagonia, chosen and detailed as part of the architectural language
▫️ A curved in-wall aquarium 🐠 — fully integrated into the structure
(yes, it can be maintained — think of references like the curved aquarium walls at Dubai Mall Aquarium Tunnel, where design and engineering work hand in hand)
