Doc House | The Second Floor
The final chapter of Doc House is the second floor β
and judging by the messages I received, many of you would happily move in and live only up here π
The second floor truly stole the show.
This level is about privacy, ritual, and everyday luxury,
designed with the same clarity and coherence β from architecture to interior β as the rest of the house.
Along with the main bedroom posted previously, here youβll find:
β«οΈ A generous walk-in closet with his & hers islands ππ β equal space, equal comfort
β«οΈ A private sauna π₯ β integrated into daily life, not treated as an extra
β«οΈ A bathtub designed for pause and reset π
β«οΈ The main bathroom, fully resolved:
β his & hers showers πΏπΏ
β his & hers toilet rooms β privacy without compromise
Everything is carefully zoned, proportioned, and technically aligned β
so luxury feels effortless, never excessive.
This is how Doc House ends:
not with a loud statement, but with spaces that quietly work β every single day.

Doc House | Main bedroom
This main bedroom was about balance β not saying no to requests, but merging them into one coherent space.
β«οΈ Custom lighting design β¨ β layered, calm, and fully integrated into the architecture
β«οΈ Laminam β Patagonia, repeated from the living room to keep material continuity throughout the house
β«οΈ A double queen-size bed ποΈποΈ β a special client request, carefully proportioned so it feels intentional, not oversized
β«οΈ A treadmill + home office πββοΈπ» β integrated without turning the bedroom into a gym or a workspace
β«οΈ A concealed beam integrated into a curved plaster wall β structure absorbed into design, keeping the geometry clean and uninterrupted
The challenge wasnβt fitting everything in.
It was making sure the room still feels like a bedroom.
And it does β because:
β’ zoning is clear
β’ lighting sets the hierarchy
β’ materials tie the space back to the rest of the house
β’ architecture and interior were designed together, not layered afterward

Doc House | Upstairs bedrooms
Upstairs, every bedroom comes with its own private bathroom πΏποΈ
Designed for comfort, privacy, and long-term functionality.
What you donβt immediately see β but really matters β is how the bathrooms are cleverly positioned back-to-back, using a shared plumbing system π§
A smart architectural move that keeps the layout clean, the ex*****on efficient, and the construction costs under control.
β«οΈ Private bathrooms for each bedroom
β«οΈ Clear zoning between rest and function
β«οΈ Joined plumbing lines, seamlessly integrated
β«οΈ Architecture and interior design conceived as one
Good design isnβt only about aesthetics.
Itβs about thinking ahead β and making every decision count.

Doc House | The spaces you donβt always see
Not every statement space needs to be loud.
Some just need to be right.
In Doc House, even the most functional areas are fully designed, with the same level of intention and control.
β«οΈ Pantry π
- designed to blend visually with the kitchen, as a discrete presence
β«οΈ Laundry π§Ί β compact, efficient, hidden in a perfect spot
β«οΈ Ground floor bathroom πΏ β calm, tactile, perfectly aligned with the overall concept
β«οΈ Upstairs hallway β¨ β not just circulation, but a spatial pause that connects everything
These are the spaces that quietly support daily life β
designed with clarity, proportion, and long-term use in mind.
Because good design isnβt only about what impresses.
Itβs about what works, every single day.

Doc House | Living on two levels
A house designed, drawn, and shaped entirely by me β
from architecture to interior design, concept to detail βοΈβ¨
Double-height living, bold yet controlled gestures, and elements that naturally spark curiosity π
β«οΈ A sculptural curved sofa, custom-designed to soften the volume
β«οΈ A statement wall clad in Laminam β Patagonia, chosen and detailed as part of the architectural language
β«οΈ A curved in-wall aquarium π β fully integrated into the structure
(yes, it can be maintained β think of references like the curved aquarium walls at Dubai Mall Aquarium Tunnel, where design and engineering work hand in hand)
β«οΈ A double-sided library, designed as a spatial divider between the living area and the hall π
No off-the-shelf solutions.
No borrowed ideas.
Just one coherent vision β architecture + interior, designed as one.
More from Doc House coming soon β¨
