We started with the design: inspired by Art Deco, like the iconic NY buildings with sharp lines, bold geometry, rich textures, and a lot of red marble

.ro isn’t just a place to eat. It’s a statement. It’s about doing things differently, embracing strong flavors, and giving Bucharest something bold – a Floreasca neighborhood that now pulses with a New York rhythm.

The new Fragilistic Coffee Shop in Târgoviște is open, and it’s the most beautiful place to sip single-origin and read something other than your emails.

This space blends coffee, books, terrazzo floors, plywood shelves, and just enough mood lighting to a community.

Boutique du Pain

The story:
Once upon a time, in the heart of Bucharest, there was a young aviator named Radu. Known for his adventurous spirit and love for exploration, Radu was not only a skilled pilot but also a connoisseur of life’s finer pleasures. On his flights across Europe, one destination consistently stole his heart: Paris. The City of Light, with its charming brasseries, rich aroma of freshly baked bread, and wine flowing like poetry, became his second home.
One fateful day, while strolling along the streets of Montmartre, Radu met an unlikely companion—a small, spirited dog wearing aviator goggles. The dog, which he named Gustave, had a knack for sniffing out the best bakeries and wine cellars. Together, they roamed Paris, collecting recipes, stories, and inspiration.
By day, Boutique du Pain is a brasserie filled with the scent of freshly baked bread, buttery croissants, and the comforting hum of coffee machines. Guests linger over lattes and baguettes, savoring moments of calm amid the bustle of the city. By night, the brasserie transforms into a wine bar, where conversations flow as freely as the curated selection of wines.

Am ajuns într-un vârf de deal prin 2014. Zicea proprietarul că “aici va fi vie”. Erau doar ciulini. Astăzi sunt câteva zeci de hectare de vie si o cramă. Unele proiecte nu se vor termina vreodată, probabil, cm este și normal. Sunt pārți din viețile unor oameni, construcții complexe în continuă evoluție.

We reached the top of a hill around 2014. The owner said, “here will be a vineyard.” There were only thistles. Today, there are a few dozen hectares of vineyard and a winery. Some projects will probably never be finished, as is normal. They are parts of people’s lives, complex constructions in continuous evolution.
