RISE Consortium Real Estate Division invites the public to submit any objective observations or suggestions regarding the PUD documentation.
The PUD is required by the Mayor of District 2 of Bucharest in order to be able to develop the residential project on Dogarilor 10 street, District 2 of Bucharest.

Unfortunately, steel is less and less produced in Romania.
Suppliers of building materials prefer to import steel from Moldavia, Greece, Bulgaria, Poland and Turkey, despite the fact that the statistical data (according to the National Institute of Statistics - Activity of the metallurgical sector in 2015) reveal a 4.8% increasing production in 2015 compared to 2014 (3.34 mil. of tons) - leading to an investment growth of 67.9%.
From the larges metallurgical plant (I.F.R.D. - Iron Factory and Reșița Domain) in 1920, located in Reșița, a town between Timișoara and Turnu Severin, today less and less steel is produced in Romania.
Romanian steel producers have suffered due to the new European environmental regulations, because the upgrades that were needed to be done to factories were too expensive.
Therefore, the decrease is due to the competitive market and a solution is to upgrade the metallurgical plants to encourage the production of ferrous materials on a large scale at the required quality standards.
Romania need to develop the metallurgical sector due of its rich resources of ferrous deposits.

The CEO of RISE Consortium Real Estate Division, Alexandru Pânișoară, gave an interview to Digi24 HD News, regarding the initiative to transform the surroundings of People's House, the seat of Romanian Parliament, into a park.
He said: "The Constitution Square is nonfunctional from the urbanistc point of view. There are no points of interest, there are only public institutions. Without a knot, an interst point, so people to be able to look for something there, in principle activities, in vain we will want a park on that site."

The works are scheduled to begin in early March this year, their duration is estimated at six months.

The Public-Private Partnership Law has been changed.
The amendments consist of clarifications on the scope of the contracts.
The intention is to encourage business environment to get involved in public infrastructure projects.
So far, the law has not been operational, there are few such contracts concluded on minor projects.
We hope to be a greater impact.

D’OR office building, developed by Primavera Development, located on Calea Dorobanți no. 32, District 1, Bucharest, it will accommodate Goethe-Institut Bucuresti in 30% of its 6.000 sq m GLA.
RISE Consortium through RISE Consortium Real Estate advised Primavera Development in the process of obtaining the approval from the Ministery of Culture in order to obtain the building permit from General Mayor of Bucharest.
Construction has already begun.
