De data aceasta vin către voi cu o rugăminte și o cauză în care cred mult. Weekendul următor participăm la concursul caritabil „Ajungem MARI” , un eveniment de șah prin care strângem fonduri pentru educația și sprijinirea copiilor din proiectul “Cursuri vocaționale pentru copiii și tinerii instituționalizați”.

2026 kicked off with so many good things, but one of the best was the time with friends at Ocnele Mari, thanks guys for the wonderful time together 🫶🏻

I recently had the pleasure of sitting down with Elena Deacu from Economedia for an in-depth conversation about the next chapter of IT Genetics Romania – our future listing on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange / Bursa de Valori Bucuresti (BVB) and the vision behind it.

After 18 years in business and having doubled our revenue in the last three years to €20M, we’re now aiming to double the business again in the next five years.

The capital we are raising will fuel our key directions:
- building our industrial automation & robotics lab,
- expanding in Germany and France,
- acquiring complementary Romanian tech companies,

As I said in the , “an investor will not invest in a company without vision – and not in a company with dreams that are too small”, but in the ones.

🎯 Our goal is clear: use technology, automation, and AI to optimize how companies in retail, logistics, and manufacturing actually work, day by day, in Romania and across Europe.

The AeRO listing is just the first step – we see it as our entry into the public market, with the ambition to move to the main BVB market by 2030.
