Timeline of a poor tooth. Treated first time in 2006 by a colleague, retreated by me in 2012 (no Microscope by then), MTA seal, unfortunately failed because weak remaining tooth structure - VRF. Extraction, graft, implantation at 14 weeks

4.6 SAP, pain and hemifacial swelling. Endodontics is more than instrumenting and filling "to length". Extensive distal lesion, sealing solution for distal apical zone: GMTA. Finished in 2 visits, due to purulent secretion.
