A security and monitoring agency is hiring security and monitoring dispatchers on a collaborative basis.

🚨Responsibilities:

* Monitoring of surveillance systems: One of the main tasks is to monitor the organization's CCTV systems, closely monitoring activity and identifying any suspicious behaviour or incidents.
* Monitoring of alarm systems against burglary, fire, and technical alarms; Identifying situations in which interventions are necessary at the monitored objective.
* Reporting of incidents: Continuously monitors information received from electronic security systems, analyses it, and reports it depending on the type of event. When an incident is identified, the surveillance dispatcher must report it to the relevant parties, such as law enforcement, management, or other security personnel. At the end of each work shift, it is necessary to document the incidents in a report.
* Coordinating and monitoring the activities of the mobile teams; Prompt and correct transmission of information.
* Collaborating with security personnel/security from the objectives and their leaders, with mobile teams, as well as with firefighters and police, where appropriate, for the smooth and quality performance of the security activity, following procedures and work instructions, applicable legislation in force and the requirements of the beneficiary.
* Identifying the activities of coordinating actions for intervention in the event of acts that could endanger the safety of the monitored objectives, and coordinating the activities for maintaining security within these objectives.
* Is obliged to know the instructions at the objectives and the course of action in the event of major events.
* Operates correctly and checks the operating condition of the monitoring equipment. In the event of an incident, it is necessary for the surveillance dispatcher to carefully manage and store the footage to keep it as potential evidence. This could involve collaborating with law enforcement or internal investigation teams.

The surveillance dispatcher assesses potential security risks and recommends adjustments to surveillance or security measures. At the same time, it may need to coordinate with other security personnel, law enforcement, management, or other parties, which requires strong communication skills in English.
