💫 Ieri, la Teatrul Natiei din Ploiești, am trăit o după‑amiază plină de imaginație, energie și descoperiri alături de copiii participanți la atelierul „Creează. Planifică. Surprinde!”, o experiență în care ideile au prins viață prin joacă, colaborare și creativitate.
💫 Timp de 90 de minute, copiii cu vârste între 4 și 11 ani au explorat, prin activități practice, ce înseamnă un proiect, cm transformăm o idee într‑un plan prin realizarea unul caleidoscop, de ce sunt importante resursele și cm lucrăm împreună pentru a obține rezultate remarcabile. Entuziasmul lor ne-a reamintit că managementul de proiect poate fi învățat frumos, natural și cu multă bucurie.
💫 Mulțumim tuturor copiilor pentru curiozitate și implicare, părinților pentru încredere, partenerilor noștri de la Teatrul Nației pentru găzduirea în HUB-ul Cultural din Ploiești și voluntarilor noștri, Cristina Dragomir, Ionela Avram și Cristina Bănică pentru organizare si livrare atelier. Nu putem să nu îi menționăm pe cei doi viitori PMs, de 11 ani, Radu și Filip, care au fost sufletul atelierului 😊

Today, student leaders from Greece, Armenia, Bulgaria, and Czechia shared how they built and grew their PM Clubs, creating vibrant communities where students feel supported, motivated, and ready to lead. Their stories showed how passion and initiative can turn a simple idea into a movement.
We reconnected with old friends, made new ones, and even started shaping new cross‑chapter collaborations right in the room.
