Opened in May 2025, on the corner of Piata Sfatului in Brasov. An espresso bar for x .romania is developed as a first in store hospitality experience, in the cross-brand collaboration market.

SG04 (2023-2025), Vatra Luminoasa, Bucharest. Full refurbishment, consolidation and attic extension in a historical protected area.

In Vatra Luminoasa, one of the representative neighborhoods of Bucharest, the premise of a contemporary dwelling appears accompanied by the related needs and operating systems. The densification of the existing fabric requires a tailored response.The general intention was to subordinate the power of the intervention on all levels, but at the same time to bring to light all the qualities that make this ensemble, respectively this duplex, a special case.

SG04 (2023-2025), Vatra Luminoasa, Bucharest. Full refurbishment, consolidation and attic extension in a historical protected area.

For increased efficiency and functionality, the new connecting staircase between the first floor and the
attic was positioned above the existing staircase, made of metal, and balanced to have an optimal
landing. I say optimal in the scenario in which the last level had to occupy 60% of the built area, in order
to be authorized. This retreat from the rear limit of the house allowed us to reveal a new space – both
for the typology of the building and for the home – the terrace/loggia. It offers a unique view of the
context, but also a different kind of intimacy in a high built density.
