In a recent Perplexity and Harvard Business School study, researchers compared 10,000 identical queries across Perplexity Search and Perplexity Computer. Search was faster at answering, but Computer changed the type of work people handed over. š“
Half of Computer tasks involved creating something new, double the rate seen in Search. Work outside the userās field also climbed to 59%.
