Sand is a two-bedroom apartment with a living room, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, located at Rezident Eforie Nord. It is perfect for holidays with family or friends, when you want to spend time together while still enjoying the comfort of your own bedroom.

Mornings begin around the table in the living room, with the sea outside the windows, and evenings linger in the same place.

From Rezident Bălcescu to CEC Palace, there are just a few streets and more than a century of Bucharest history.

On Calea Victoriei, rising above the surrounding buildings, is the glass-and-metal dome of the palace designed by French architect Paul Gottereau. Built between 1897 and 1900 for the House of Deposits, Consignments and Economy, the palace preserves the architecture of a Bucharest that was then taking shape as a European capital.

The details of the facade are perhaps best seen in night-time photographs: the semicircular pediment, the columns and the corner domes. For more than 120 years, CEC Palace has remained one of the defining images of Bucharest.

Over the past nine years, the Rezident brand has grown into a network of 101 accommodation units across eight locations in six destinations throughout Romania. From central Bucharest and the mountains to prime seafront locations, each one maintains the same Rezident standard while preserving its own personality.

With Romanian Navy Day approaching, we turn our attention to Rezident Corbu, one of our four locations on the seaside. Situated at the entrance to the Danube Delta Biosphere Reserve, just a few steps from Corbu’s wild beach, Rezident Corbu has ten rooms: five with sea views and five overlooking the garden.

The location is pet-friendly, and guests are provided with beach bags and mats for their days by the sea.

Rezident Corbu is one of the locations where the Rezident story continues on the romanian seaside.
