Sales representative
The Product
MiniCRM is an online cloud-based software which provides solutions to successful Romanian and international companies. We help businesses to collect all their online/offline prospects in one place, to finetune their sales processes, to maximise the efficiency of their customer management and to reduce administrative burden by automating most of their processes.
What you’ll do:
• Acquire 10-12 new customers monthly. You have a sales target, you have leads and you have a superb solution which supports you to acquire new SMB customers in Romania.
• Identify business needs and problems. Identifying the business problems and challenges of the incoming prospects by using various methodologies and questioning techniques.
• Sales and consultation. Following the discovery of the business problems and needs, you will use online screen sharing to present the solution in MiniCRM that will help customers become more productive, successful and outstanding on the market.
• Cooperate with the other teams. Sales play a central role in the organisation so the team has to work closely together with other teams.
• Administrate. The nightmare of any salesman. Good news: you will neither use a pile of papers and post-its nor Excel sheets. We use a united and easy-to-access customer relationship management solution that is called MiniCRM. :)

• Cold calls from purchased Excel lists

We are diversifying our current portfolio of products and moving into e-commerce with a suite of marketing plugins for e-commerce websites. We are currently looking for a Senior Web Software Developer to help us build the foundation of this new line of products.
The largest part of your work will be developing new products/features and maintaining existing ones. You may also be involved in technical support every now and then (resolving cases that are too complex for the support engineers).
We're looking for a full stack developer and we expect about 60% of work to be done on the back-end and 40% on the front-end. The main technologies you will use are PHP and JavaScript (with the ReactJS framework).

Senior eCommerce Project Manager
The role:

Expert Rotating Equipment
Cerințe:
• Diploma de studii superioare de specialitate;

• Elaboreaza si implementeaza solutii tehnice de reparare si reconditionare piese schimb, in vederea cresterii fiabilitatii si performantelor echipamentelor dinamice din rafinarie, precum si reducerea costurilor de mentenanta si exploatare;
• Elaboreaza si implementeaza propuneri tehnice privind optimizarea consumului de energie la echipamentele rotative din rafinarie;
• Acorda asistenta tehnica departamentului de Investitii pentru realizarea proiectelor de investitii (pe proiecte mici si proiecte mari), proiectelor de demolari sau alte lucrari speciale, elaborarea si verificarea specificatiilor tehnice;
• Asigura optimizarea continua a stocurilor de materiale si piese schimb, analizand si monitorizand consumul de piese schimb existent pentru echipamentele rotative din rafinarie;
• Raspunde in scris la intrebarile tehnice din partea membrilor echipei si a partenerilor de proiect, formuleaza si comunica intrebari tehnice catre acestia, studiaza, comenteaza si evalueaza rezultatele tehnice ale acestora;
• Asigura ca toate activitatile din teren aferente proiectelor, se desfasoara in conditii de siguranta, respectand liniile si procedurile de HSSE ale companiei.

Technical Lead 1st Line, RAN with German
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
• Takes the ownership of the incident and acts as the primary level of escalation
• Speaks with NOC engineers and asks for all useful information related to Outage in place – ensures the NEV and/or Outage Notification has been sent in due time
• Keep tracking and records of the timelines and ensures all incident details are documented;
• Involves in problem solving other parties: 2nd level, Vendor, NOC, SMC, Partner management, 3rd party, in order to provide a prompt recovery of the business within the specified SLA
• Notifies Team Leader about major Incident
• Manages and coordinates the escalation process: Technical: the support of a higher technical skills are needed to solve the problem; Hierarchical: a manager with more authority to be consulted in order to take decision that is beyond the competencies assigned to this level
• Ensures all required resources (human, facilities, equipment etc) are available, involved and focused in the restoration of service
• Notifies 2nd Level and/or Vendor to be prepared with a plan B, if the duration of the incident takes too long
• Ensures regular updates are distributed via the agreed communication channels, according with the Update Time agreed
• Send Pre-notification to top mgmt. for over-temp or major incidents
• Provide input and coordinate the development of the Major Incident Report after the Outage has been closed and all details are available, including initial recommendations to prevent the re-occurrence of a similar incident.
