The sleek service unit juxtaposes the warmth of an Art Deco-inspired suspended gantry in American Walnut with the clean lines of a contemporary stainless steel & aluminium buffet. Designed specifically for high-end hospitality, it ensures that fine glassware and tableware are always within reach, yet impeccably displayed.

The soft, squishy mirrors, wrapped in velvet, continue the restaurant’s tactile atmosphere, offering a boudoir-like experience in one of the salons.

No drilling, no fuss, because each unit comes together in minutes using just 8 bolts, with the rest being satisfyingly clipped into place. Such a versatile solution, offering a multitude of configurations and finishes. And this version has been specially customised by me, just for you.

The ground floor of the restaurant preserves the intimate rhythm of early 20th century Bucharest residences with a sequence of small rooms opening into one another.

Textile squishy portals were conceived as a nod to the original wooden casings, which could not be preserved, and as a contemporary intervention that enriches the tactile narrative. Their soft, enveloping presence complements the palette, balancing historical reference with modern sensibility. Refurbished Arne Jacobsen Series 7 chairs further reinforce this dialogue between past and present.

The true heart of the dining experience lies in its open kitchen, a fully monochromatic space thoughtfully designed to draw the viewer’s attention toward the culinary performance. In this scenography, materials speak only through glossy finishes and soft textiles, while lighting gently highlights the dishes.
