Căutăm o persoană motivată care să se alăture echipei noastre de logistică ca specialist junior/senior în operațiuni și documentare logistică. În acest rol, vei fi responsabil cu coordonarea și gestionarea transportului mărfurilor, asigurând livrarea la timp către clienții noștri.

Calificări: - Diploma de bacalaureat / studii superioare (un plus)
-Engleză -nivel mediu- scris și vorbit
-Este de preferat experienta anterioara in operatiuni logistice si documentare
- Abilități de organizare și comunicare
-Abilitati de a lucra in Microsoft Office si in software de logistica
Salariul si beneficiile vor fi stabilite in cadrul unui interviu.

* Conciliere extrase de cont clienti/furnizori
* Asistenta la inchiderea lunara si anuala
* Respectarea procedurilor interne de control financiar

Job Title: Freight Forwarder
Department: Logistic Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our logistics team as a Junior Logistics Operations and Documentation specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the transportation of goods, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities:
Coordinating shipments with carriers and freight forwarders
Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure on-time delivery
Maintaining accurate documentation and records of shipments
Communicating with customers and vendors to resolve any issues that may arise
Providing support to the logistics team in various operational tasks

Qualifications:
-Baccalaureate Diploma / higher education (a plus)
-Advanced spoken and written English
-Previous experience in logistics operations and documentation is preferred
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software
