‼️ Yesterday, on 📆August 4th, 2023, we successfully completed the Multiplier Event for the FinancEdu+project. ‼️
The event took place at the beautiful 📍Grădina Alhambra and had over 50 adult participants. At the event, Ansamblul Folcloric Doinita 🎻🪗performed cultural acts to warmly welcome the participants. Additionally, we held a session where we presented the 18 months of project implementation including its objectives, activities, and results, and another Q&A session.
In the last part, we hosted a social lunch for our guests.

Asociatia Institutul pentru Imbătrânire Activă și Asociația ATDD organizeaza, în cadrul proiectului „FinanceEDU+” #2021-1-RO01-KA210-ADU-000027403 în cadrul programului Erasmus+ pentru 50 de adulți și seniori, evenimentul pentru diseminarea rezultatelor proiectului către reprezentanții instituțiilor publice de profil, a organizațiilor neguvernamentale dar si catre comunitatea locata.
Acesta va avea loc vineri, începând cu ora 10:00 la Gradina Alhambra.

On 28 July the Association Institutul pentru Imbătrânire Activă and Association ATDD organized the second pilot testing training within the "FinancEDU+" project #2021-1-RO01-KA210-ADU-000027403 under the Erasmus+ program for 35 adults and seniors.
The event had three primary stages. The initial stage involved presenting the project and its results obtained so far. The second stage focused on defining basic terms, while the third stage saw each participant working on their budget to gain a better understanding of how to manage their money.

În data de 28.07.2023, începând cu ora 10:00, vă așteptăm la un curs interactiv de educație financiară pentru adulți și seniori, organizat de Asociația Institutul pentru Îmbătrânire activă și Asociația ATDD prin cadrul proiectului FinancEdu+ finanțat prin programul Erasmus +. Întâlnirea va avea loc la Clubul Seniorilor "Codrii Neamțului". Înregistrarea se va face la Clubul de Seniori în sctorul 3 pe Strada Codrii Neamțului NR. 4, București.

Yesterday in the village of Chuprene, Vidin Region, Bulgaria, Национално сдружение на младежките работници в България conducted the first pilot training within the "FinancEDU+" project #2021-1-RO01-KA210-ADU-000027403 under the Erasmus+ program. The training included 15 adult trainees with a diverse professional profile. At the beginning, they were introduced to the project, its goals and the "Personal Finance Masterclass" handbook. The digital tools that facilitate keeping a personal budget were presented. Through non-formal educational methods, the participants got acquainted with the main financial terminology, commented through brainstorming the main difficulties and solutions in the management and planning of their own personal budget, and developed an exemplary one. In the subsequent discussions and reflection, an attention was paid to the participants regarding the contemporary challenges in the financial sphere, especially sensitive for the older generation. The participants also received the pocket version of the "Personal Finance Masterclass".

Taking advantages of the good weather, the learners prepared some of the activities outside, during the training for Financial Education.

Non formal education is not just a chapter within the guideline developed by the partners, it is a way to approach education.

FinanceEdu+ learning mobility represent a milestone in the process of increasing the competencies of education providers to approach financial education.

First, the partners developed the toolkit which integrates the notions from financial education, with digital tools and non-formal methods, in order to be approached by the organisations working with young, adults or seniors.
During these days, the partners are learning how to use the knowledge and activities in order to reach their target group' needs.

FinanceEdu+ is an Erasmus+ project that aims to develop an interactive tool for digital financial education, by using non-formal education methods that can be used both online and offline and enhancing strong cooperation and exchange of good practices between adult and youth sectors.
This toolkit will be addressed to young people and youth workers to provide the first steps in financial education and will end with an online masterclass in order to facilitate education for financial management.
