After disembarking our expedition continues on land with a tribute to vegetables. Autumn vegetables were the choice here to mark the current season, resulting in a vegan dish.
Lentil meatballs, baked pumpkin puree with ginger and cardamom, beetroot sauce and coconut cream, baked carrots and eggplant, caramelized walnuts with cinnamon, pickled pumpkin.

The journey begins with a shrimp moilee. Its origins go back to when the Portuguese occupied the southwest coast of India, thus resulting a lighter dish in the intensity of spices for the colorful cuisine of India.
As ingredients we have shrimp, red onion, ginger, garlic, milk and coconut flakes, mango, lime, cherry tomatoes, curry leaves, fennel and turmeric.

The Tikka Masala story began in the early 1970s in a small kitchen in Glasgow, where a chef decided to add a splash of his magical tomato-cream sauce and a little extra curry to a portion of chicken that looked kinda bland. That is how one of the most famous Indian dishes was born!
