I am pleased to announce that, effective last month, I have joined Honeywell and will do my best to serve Performance Materials and Technologies ( ) business as a Sr. HR Generalist.
Since one of my friends had a cute reaction once hearing the news: “Are you really going back to the ? To Honeywell?”, let me just say this: “Thank you, Honeywell, for enabling me to go !”
When starting the latest chapter of my story, The Step In (www.thestepin.com), which will remain an for , my own and others, I left the corporate environment when I truly felt I completed a professional cycle.
I was ready to wear more of my favourite hats, the one of inspiring and supporting people’s growth. I have joined it again this month hoping to put this hat to its next best use, this time by serving PMT business people’s growth.
So, to new chapters of our stories and old and new hats, or better said now, the future is what we make of it! 😊

“Self-expression is central to existence. Without the sound of human voices, without warmth and color in our lives, without attentive glances, Earth is just an insensate rock suspended in space.”

A story of life, his and his father's, that intimately speaks about endurance, defeat, , art as a vivid argument for saving our own , and... so much more.
As for Ai Weiwei's art (snapshots included), they have their own stories to tell. Just take your time and listen to them. 💙

redesigned Maslow's pyramid as Maslow's sailboat of needs in his Transcend: The New Science of Self-Actualization. I guess we could all use sailboats for our growth journeys. 🙂
's new book, Choose Growth, comes with a "growth sail guide" too.💙 Coming next.
“Life isn’t a trek up a summit but a journey to travel through a vast blue ocean, full of new opportunities for meaning and discovery but also danger and uncertainty. In this choppy surf, a clunky pyramid is of little use. Instead, what is needed is something a bit more functional. We’ll need a sailboat.”
