We believe in evolving alongside our community. One of our clients started with a small team in a private office within MASIA. As their business grew, so did their needs.

Today, we're preparing a dedicated space tailored to accommodate their expanding team and growing ambitions. Our COS team is putting the finishing touches in place before moving forward with carpet installation and furniture placement.

MASIA is a living ecosystem — built with the market know-how accumulated over 28 years at COS, where the space adapts to the needs of the community, where we co-create and improve the workplace experience by testing applications and ways of working in real-life scenarios.

💜 This evening, the MIRO building glows in purple — a symbol of solidarity, awareness, and inclusion.

We are joining hundreds of organizations across the country in supporting , the national initiative led by the Romanian Diversity Chamber of Commerce to mark the International Day of Persons with Disabilities.

Lighting buildings in purple is a simple gesture with a powerful message: visibility matters. It draws attention to the importance of accessibility, equity, and the rights of people with disabilities — reminding us that inclusion begins with awareness and is strengthened through community.

What happens when you bring together architects and designers for a creative brunch on a Tuesday morning? ✨

Another successful Design Lab at MASIA by COS.

In partnership with Interface, we welcomed over 50 participants from the architecture and design community to explore how design can be more thoughtful, inclusive and sustainable.

Guided by the insights of Marta Siczek, Concept Designer at Interface for over nine years, guests had the chance to get hands-on with Interface’s newest collections, exchange ideas, explore our showroom and reconnect with peers.

We’re excited to keep building these moments of exploration together with our partners and the design community.

This week, we hosted a 2-day Generative AI training, bringing together 55 participants from COS, Smart ID, and Pet Factory.

We were honoured to welcome Yves Frerot, French entrepreneur, Founder & CEO of HiperCom, and AI expert & trainer, who delivered an engaging, practical deep dive into how teams can integrate AI into their daily work.

Over two days, participants explored:
🔹 The fundamentals of Generative AI and real business use cases
🔹 How to work with AI using documents, images, and spreadsheets
🔹 Best practices for privacy, security and responsible use
🔹 How to configure and personalise custom GPT assistants
🔹 Practical exercises designed to build confidence and spark innovation
