Inflammations on your back are a sign that you're not taking good care of your skin or eating too many carbs. They're called bacne, and it's still possible to deal with acne in this hard-to-reach area.

Bacne is a term that comes from the amalgamation of the English words "acne" and "back," which literally translates to "acne on the back." And this type of inflammation is often more annoying than those on the face: while painful, they can be quite difficult to deal with, precluding the use of a cream to relieve redness, for example. Why does bacne appear?

Can mistakes in body skin care provoke bacne? Absolutely, yes. And the most common is the use of cosmetics with dubious composition, which contains silicones and parabens. Girls with oily or combination skin type is also better to avoid products with oil consistency, including body batters. And it is definitely worth giving preference to natural fabrics in clothes - cotton and linen instead of polyester.
