Something truly inspiring happened recently! 💚 A group of our colleagues came together, rolled up their sleeves, and made a real impact by planting over 100 trees in just one day in southern Romania. Yes, 100 trees! 🌳

Hi, I’m Monica, or Moni as most people call me. I work as Infrastructure Security Lead at Edenred Digital Center Bucharest and I’m also the mom of 2 pre adolescent kids, which definitely keeps every day interesting. 😊

🔴What is your current role?
As part of the Infrastructure Security team, my role is to keep our on‑prem and cloud environments secure. We define, implement and monitor the security controls that protect the organization, making sure they not only strengthen our defenses but also support what the business needs to grow and operate smoothly.

🔴 What is your guilty pleasure?
Definitely planning the next trip or adventure.

🔴What makes you wake up in the morning?
School prep... breakfast, backpacks, all fun which makes every morning an adventure.

🔴 In 3 words max, what makes you vibe at EDC?

🔴What has been your career path at Edenred?
When I joined EDC 3,5 years ago, I was in charge of recruiting only for Edenred Digital Center Bucharest. One year later, the Recruitment CoE has launched and I had the privilege of being part of an amazing & dynamic project, with international exposure. Now I am also the administrator of the tech assessments that we are using in different recruitment processes.

𝐇𝐞𝐲 𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧, 𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐮𝐬 𝐚 𝐛𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟.
Hey, I'm Florin, working as QA Automation Engineer here at Edenred Digital Center Bucharest. I came into with a background in power-systems engineering and with a strong passion for mathematics and computer science, and over time landed in software finding the right fit for me.
I'm a curious person, I love social dancing, traveling, training in the gym and for a while now DJing. So, when I'm not testing or writing code, you'll often find me behind a DJ console or practicing some new dance moves. 🕺

I joined EDC almost two years ago as a backend automation tester with Java. I've been involved in designing, developing and maintaining automated testing solutions and over time my responsibilities expanded across different tools, services and technologies.

When I'm quietly working on a solution and everything around me fades out. No rush, no noise, just me, the code and the satisfaction of building something that works. Those flow moments keep me grounded and motivated.

🔴Hey Daniel, tell us a bit about yourself.
Hey, I am Daniel and I am pleased to be part of the amazing EDC Salesforce team. I truly enjoy my work and I am passionate about continuously developing my , particularly by staying up to date with the latest Salesforce trends and best practices. Outside of work, I like to keep a balanced lifestyle – sometimes going for a run or playing tennis – while also spending quality time socializing and relaxing with a good tv show.

🔴 What about your career path at Edenred?
I have joined EDC in March 2020 as a Salesforce Developer and after three years, I stepped into the role of Salesforce Squad Lead.

🔴What is your main role today?
I am responsible for the experience of more than 7000 users in the Americas, working with the service desk, field service, Office 365, Meeting Rooms, Global Projects, Asset Control, Access Management and everything that involves user experience.

🔴What is your best memory at Edenred?
The annual business trips to Paris have been among the most memorable experiences at EDC. We had the chance to attend workshops at headquarters and learn about new features and their recommendations, but the most important thing is that we were able to meet all of us in person – colleagues from different countries across the globe. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect face-to-face and strengthen our relationships beyond the virtual meetings we used to.

🔴What is your favorite moment of the day?
The morning☀️. I enjoy starting the day early, especially on sunny days, with a cup of coffee and some quiet time to myself. It’s the perfect opportunity to read a book or catch up on the news before the day becomes busy.
