One in Stockholm and three in Bucharest. The Addo team it's on the way to Gothenburg. We're all ready and excited about our next project "Building Up Partnerships For Future Collaboration in Erasmus+ Projects".

"Don't start with process, data or reporting...start with the human." This was the tone of the first day at the Project Challenge Spring Show in London. We are definitely a big fan of the people first approach and that can be seen in all our projects.

Projects are about people and experiences, but then comes the dreadful time of report writing. So, lots of positive attitude and strong coffee (also cake, sometimes) are required, but we always get it done!

In the last week, we facilitated three planning and development meetings. Everyone was so engaged in the process that we completely forgot to take pictures. So, instead, here is a picture of some of the materials we used. Let's have a happy week full of development and growth!

When was the last time you listen to what your soul had to say about your work?
