Traffic flow inside the city and at highways are normal in the early morning. It’s expected that roads to become busy after 7. 00 am as many people who had gone for their vacation have come back and people will be moving to their offices at the same time in the morning. . Traffic patrols are deployed in various roads to ensure traffic flow and safety.

Meanwhile The Airport Passports Department is all set to receive the vacationers returning after their summer vacation. The passengers can complete their processes with merely three simple steps , electronic reading of passport, verification of visa or residence permit and eye scanning where the well trained airport employees are ready to deal with the passengers and help them.
Please note that Markhiya and Dahla Al-Hammam intersections have been opened after they have been changed from roundabouts to signalized intersections. As well, road connected with Air force road towards previous ‘Parachute’ signal also opened.

Traffic flow inside the city and at highways are normal. There are light traffic congestion at some places especially on February 22 road (Shamal Highway) from Soudan tunnel towards Emir flyover. Traffic patrols are deployed in various roads to ensure traffic flow and safety.

The temperature in Doha city to be between 31oC - 40OC. The maximum temperature in Qatar is expected at Abu Samra with temperature level to rang between 31OC - 43OC.

Today on Tuesday, August 26, 2014 the weather will be hazy in the morning hours and will turn into hot and humid with clouds during the afternoon.
The wind direction will be northeasterly and then will change to southeasterly. The temperature will be between 33-39°C.
There will be high waves in the sea with 2-5 feet and the wind speed is expected at 5-15 Kts.
Traffic flow is normal in most of the areas inside and outside Doha, except some light congestions in TV roundabout and Markhiya R/A because of maintenance works.

According to the Qatar Meteorology Department, there are no warnings today, Tuesday, August 19, 2014. It will be hazy to misty at first becoming hot during day and partly cloudy with a chance of scattered light rain. The temperature level in Doha city it will range between 33oC – 39OC.
Strong wind and rough seas to the east is expected at offshore to the East parts where wind direction will be southeasterly-easterly with speed of 12-20/25 KT to the east and it may decrease to 04 -12 KT by evening.
