Support in recruitment (job postings, CV review, interview coordination, manpower agency communication, documentation).

Process, submit, renew, and follow up on visas, medical tests, QID, health cards, labor permits, and contracts.

Prepare offer letters, monitor visa applications, QVC, and sponsorship transfers.

Manage and renew staff medical licenses.

Handle renewals of official company documents (trade license, chamber of commerce, CR, Company ID, etc.).

Process and renew Medical Center license.

Maintain and manage office and employee records.

Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth office functions.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Manage attendance records using Biometrics Time Software and generate reports.
