Painter Job Responsibilities:

*Applies various finishes to buildings, rooms, or other structures, including primers or sealers.

*Prepares, cleans, and tapes all jobsites.

*Removes old paint coating, if necessary.

*Mixes colors or oils to obtain desired color or consistency.

*Moves necessary materials around jobsite as assigned.

*Installing wooden structures such as roofing frames, rafters, partitions, joists and stud work

*Designing and installing cabinets, shelving, fitted furniture, drywall and insulation

*Adding fixtures and fittings such as door handles, locks, hinges and closures

Responsible for installing hard tiles, wood, and marble.Determine the tile or marble pattern layout, cut and shape the tiles to size, and expertly install flooring fixtures using hand and machine tools

* Measuring the area that must be tiled or marbled to determine stock requirements.
* Providing clients with accurate quotes for the intended job.
* Applying tiling cement and arranging tiles or marble according to design plans.
* Wide knowledge and skills in construction, tile, brick and cement setting.
*Ability to work under pressure with less supervision.

Company Driver Duties and Responsibilities
Driver 1
- Loading, transporting, and delivering food to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.

Driver 2
- Transporting staff from accommodation to all working sites, vise versa.

Knowledgeable in car mechanics and maintenance
Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

-Technicians should need knowledge for package AC and all kinds of heavy ventilation AC, repairing & service.
-Valid QID is mandatory.
