🔧 Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimation Specialist to join our team at Express Fix. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and quotations for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Civil maintenance works.

This role is critical in supporting our operations and ensuring competitive, accurate pricing for both maintenance services and project-based works.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare cost estimates and quotations for MEP and civil works (maintenance & projects)
• Analyze drawings, BOQs, and site requirements
• Conduct site visits when required for accurate estimation
• Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs
• Coordinate with operations team, technicians, and suppliers
• Maintain and update pricing database and cost benchmarks
• Ensure quotations are submitted on time with proper documentation
• Review project scope and identify potential cost risks

📋 Requirements:
• Minimum 2–4 years experience in MEP/Civil estimation (Qatar/GCC preferred)
• Strong knowledge of maintenance works, fit-out, and repair services
• Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs
• Experience in pricing for services like:
• AC works (installation, maintenance)
• Electrical works
• Plumbing works
• Civil & handyman works
• Proficiency in Excel (mandatory)
• Experience with Odoo or similar ERP (preferred)
• Good communication skills (English required, Arabic is a plus)
