Quality and Patient Safety has always been my advocacy, not just a responsibility, but a commitment I carry in my daily practice. Being given the opportunity to serve as a QPS Champion is truly a privilege, allowing me to contribute more actively in promoting safe, high-quality, and patient-centered care.

This journey strengthens my dedication to continuous improvement and collaboration with my colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for our patients.

From dreams to reality, this journey was never easy. There were moments I fell, doubted, and almost gave up… but I chose to rise every single time. As a nurse, I carry not just my own dreams, but the sacrifices, struggles, and hopes that shaped me along the way. From 🇵🇭 to 🇸🇦 to 🇶🇦, and one day, to 🇺🇸, this is more than a destination… it’s a purpose.
