HOW TO MAKE VANILLA BUTTER CAKE
Ingredients:
*450g Butter (Unsalted-softned)
*4cups Sugar (less if u like)
*5 cups All Purpose flour (sieve 3-5x)
*8 eggs (medium & room temp)
* 2 tbsp Vanilla essence
* 5 tsp baking powder
*1 tsp salt
(note: No need this if ang butter is salted )
*2 cups of Fresh milk (Room temp)

*Mix well the butter and sugar
*Gatas at APF dapat 1 at a time lang and don't over mix (see video)
*Baking Time: 45-50mins in 180°c

HOW TO MAKE HOME-MADE PANDESAL
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup - Warm water
3 tbsp - sugar
3 tsp - Instant yeast
(mix all and rest for 8-10mins)
4 1/2 cups – All Purpose flour + extra for dusting
1/3 cup - sugar
1 1/2 tsp - salt
4 1/2 tbsp - oil (canola/sunflower)
(Rest Dough for atleast 1 1/2 hr)
Bread Crumbs for coating & Cheese (optional)
Baking time: 18 to 20 minutes
Oven temp: 180°c

HOW TO MAKE STEAMED BANANA CAKE
Ingredients:
4 ripes banana
2 eggs
1/2 cup freshmilk / evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter/oil
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cup all purposed flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
Steamed for 20-25mins in med-low heat
