في إطار دعمه للتطوير المهني المستمر للمعلمين، وبالتعاون مع مؤسسة التعليم فوق الجميع، قدّم معهد التطوير التربوي سلسلة من الجلسات التدريبية لزملاء منظمة التعليم لأجل لبنان.

وتناولت الجلسات محاور رئيسية شملت:
▪️ أسس الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي في سياقات الأزمات
▪️ استراتيجيات التعليم في البيئات المتأثرة بالأزمات
▪️ إدارة الصف وتهدئة السلوكيات المعيقة للتعلّم
▪️ فهم الصدمات الخفية من خلال مبادئ الدعم النفسي والاجتماعي

وقد صُمم محتوى التدريب بما يتوافق مع السياق التعليمي في لبنان واحتياجاته الخاصة، مما زوّد الزملاء باستراتيجيات عملية لدعم رفاههم النفسي والاجتماعي، وكذلك رفاه طلابهم طوال العام الدراسي.



In line with its vision to support continuous professional development for educators, and as part of the Education Development Institute’s partnership with Education Above All, EDI collaborated with Teach For Lebanon to deliver a series of training sessions for Teach For Lebanon Fellows.

The sessions focused on key areas, including:
▪️ Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS) Foundations in Crisis
▪️ Classroom Strategies for Crisis Settings
▪️ Classroom Management: De-escalating Disruptive Behavior
▪️ Seeing the Unseen: Understanding Hidden Trauma through MHPSS Principles

Tailored to the Lebanese educational context, the trainings equipped Fellows with practical strategies to strengthen both their own social-emotional well-being and that of their students throughout the academic year.

أعلن معهد التطوير التربوي ومجموعة QNB إطلاق مبادرة رائدة تضع التربويين في قلب البيئة المصرفية لاكتساب خبرات عملية واقعية. يسعى برنامج “الخبرة المهنية للمعلمين” إلى ردم الفجوة بين المناهج الدراسية ومتطلبات سوق العمل، عبر تحويل التجارب المهنية المباشرة إلى ممارسات تعليمية وإرشادية فاعلة.
