We continue to rise by lifting each other with positivity, kindness, and support🙌
We hope that everything you have learned during your training with us will guide you in your work and help you make a difference in the lives of others as well.
At Fiji Prime in Home Care, we take pride in ensuring our caregivers are certified and fully prepared before entering the field. We also remind each caregiver of the important role they carry while serving here in America. Caregiving is not an easy job, but it is truly rewarding — and we are all living testimonies to the meaningful work that we do every day.

Today we celebrate International Women’s Day and honor the incredible strength of Fijian women caregivers here in America 💜💜
So many of our women have left the warmth of their homes in Fiji — their children, parents, spouses, and families — to work thousands of miles away. They come with courage, sacrifice, and determination, all for one purpose: to create a better future for the people they love💜💜
These women care for others with the same love and compassion they would give their own families. They sit beside elders, comfort those in need, and bring kindness into homes across America — all while carrying the weight of missing their own families back home💜💜
Today we recognize their resilience, their sacrifice, and their powerful role in supporting not only the families they care for, but also the families they support from afar.💜💜
This year’s International Women’s Day theme reminds us of what we must continue to stand for:
Rights. Justice. Action. For ALL Women & Girls.💜💜
For our Fijian caregivers, this means ensuring every woman who works hard to care for others is treated with dignity, fairness, and respect — and that their contributions are seen, valued, and protected.💜💜
To every Fijian woman working abroad, sending love home, building dreams for your children, and lifting others through your work:
We see you. 💜
We honor you. 💜
We thank you.💜
Vinaka vakalevu for the strength you carry and the love you share with the world.💜💜
Happy International Women’s Day. 🌺💜

As a former Police Officer back home in Fiji, I continue to follow developments closely and remain connected with my batch of officers whom I was recruited alongside. I will always support the Force in any way I can.
One thing I am always proud to speak about is my previous work before joining the caregiving industry. Often, when I share that I was once an officer, the first response I receive is, “Well, I feel safe now,” followed by genuine curiosity about my past service. I truly enjoy meeting local officers here, exchanging experiences, and even receiving light-hearted invitations to join their teams—always a good laugh.
With that said, a heartfelt congratulations from Fiji Prime In-Home Care to you, Madam Batch. Looking back to the day we began our recruitment journey together—the struggles, the sweat, the perseverance, and the shared determination to make a difference—it is truly rewarding to see that hard work come full circle.
This achievement is truly well-deserved. May you continue to lead with God at the center, rise above negativity, and always make decisions guided by wisdom, integrity, and courage.
Congratulations once again on becoming the first woman to be appointed Assistant Commissioner of Police in Fiji—a historic and inspiring milestone.

📌 CLARIFICATION: HCA TRAINING IN CALIFORNIA
For clarity and transparency, we’d like to address some recent confusion around Home Care Aide (HCA) training in the State of California.
In California:
• Home Care Aides must complete required training hours as mandated by the California Department of Social Services(CDSS).
• Training may be completed online, in person (face-to-face), or via a hybrid format, as long as it covers the CDSS-required topics and from a registered organization.
• Home Care Organizations (HCOs) are permitted and responsible to provide training to their caregivers, including in-house and classroom training.
• Official HCA registration is completed through the California Department of Social Services, which includes Live Scan fingerprinting and a state registration fee.
At Fiji Prime In-Home Care, we:
• Provide state-required caregiver training (orientation, safety, infection control, emergency procedures, and more)
• Guide caregivers through the official HCA registration process
• Maintain compliance with California Home Care Organization regulations
• Believe in educating, supporting, and empowering caregivers before placing them in the field
We encourage anyone seeking accurate information to contact us directly or refer to official California state resources.
We do not engage in online disputes or misinformation.
Our priority remains quality care, compliance, and community.
