It might be a colleague who needs a helping hand. It might be one of those moments when a small gesture can completely change someone’s day.

Sometimes, making a difference really is as simple as paying attention.

Pode ser um colega que precisa de ajuda. Pode ser aquele momento em que uma pequena atitude muda completamente o dia de alguém.

Às vezes, fazer a diferença é mesmo tão simples quanto estar atento.

For Amadouro, the mission was only complete when the whole team crossed the finish line.

And when swans, toucans and flamingos are involved, coordinating everyone becomes… slightly more interesting. 😂

In the end, they finished exactly as they should: together.

Para Amadouro, a missão só estava cumprida quando toda a equipa atravessava a meta.

E quando há cisnes, tucanos e flamingos envolvidos, coordenar tudo fica… ligeiramente mais interessante. 😂

No fim, chegaram como deviam: juntos.

Yesterday, Queen Isabel had to work out the best strategy to reach the finish without leaving their teammates to fend for themselves. 😄

There was water. There were plans that worked better than others.

But one thing became clear: it’s much easier to make it to the end when you do it together.

Ontem, Queen Isabel teve de descobrir a melhor estratégia para chegar ao destino sem deixar os colegas entregues à sua sorte. 😄

Houve água. Houve planos que funcionaram melhor do que outros.

Mas uma coisa ficou clara: juntos é muito mais fácil chegar ao fim.

Plot twist: this time, the people who usually organise it all had to get in on the action too. 😄

Yesterday, it was the Corporate Team’s turn to experience the Team Building from the other side.

Our aircraft carrier stepped out from behind the scenes and experienced first-hand what it prepares for the fleet teams.

Because supporting others better also means better understanding the people on the other side. 💙

Ontem foi o dia da Equipa Corporativa viver o Team Building do outro lado.

O nosso porta-aviões saiu dos bastidores e experimentou na primeira pessoa aquilo que prepara para as equipas da frota.

The AmaSintra and Douro Serenity teams arrived at the Quinta yesterday in a much more fun way: by jeep, safari-style. 🚙

A first for us, plenty of surprised faces and the perfect way to swap the usual routine for a different kind of day.
