🇵🇹 - A Drawing Room Lisboa, feira de arte especializada em desenho, não só se pretende dirigir aos mais ecléticos colecionadores de arte contemporânea, mas também àqueles que pretendem começar as suas coleções.

Um dos aspectos mais positivos e que a feira tenta promover é os momentos de fruição de arte e inspiração para amantes e novos colecionadores de arte.

🇬🇧 - Drawing Room Lisboa, an art fair specialising in drawing, is aimed not only at the most eclectic collectors of contemporary art, but also at those looking to start their own collections.

One of the fair’s key aims is to promote moments of artistic enjoyment and inspiration for art lovers and new collectors alike.

🇬🇧- This month we are highlighting the work of António Olaio, on display at Drawing Room Lisboa 2025 at the stand of the Lisbon NO NO Gallery.

🇵🇹 - Este mês destacamos a obra de , em exibição na Drawing Room Lisboa 2025 no stand da .111.

Ana Romãozinho (Portugal, 1996) vive e trabalha em Lisboa. É licenciada e mestre em Pintura pela Faculdade de Belas-Artes da Universidade de Lisboa, onde se encontra a concluir um Doutoramento em Belas-Artes, na mesma especialidade. Ana Romãozinho é autora de uma obra eclética, onde o pensamento sobre o desenho, o gesto e a composição permanece central, numa pesquisa fascinada com a linguagem, e o seu jogo; com as formas, o modo como se organizam e como podem ser recebidas. O regresso ao desenho é inevitável, trata-se de um gesto generoso de partilha, comum a todos, que regista o pensamento e mudança no seu trabalho.

🇵🇹 - This month we are highlighting the work of Ana Romãozinho, on display at Drawing Room Lisboa 2025 at the stand of the Lisbon gallery 111.

Ana Romãozinho (Portugal, 1996) lives and works in Lisbon. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the University of Lisbon, where she is currently completing a PhD in Fine Arts in the same discipline. Ana Romãozinho’s work is eclectic, with reflection on drawing, gesture and composition remaining central to a fascination with language and its interplay; with forms, the way they organise themselves and how they might be received. The return to drawing is inevitable; it is a generous gesture of sharing, common to all, which records thought and change in her work.

🇵🇹 - Em Portugal celebra-se o 25 de Abril, ou da Revolução dos Cravos, nome pela qual ficou conhecida a revolução que acabou com anos de ditadura e devolveu a democracia ao país.

Um dia primaveril, de festa pela liberdade e pelos Direitos Humanos, de esperança e de luta. A Drawing Room não podia deixar de assinalar esta data tão importante para todos os portugueses à volta do mundo🌹🌹

🇬🇧 - In Portugal today, we celebrate the 25th of April, or the Carnation Revolution, the name by which the revolution that ended years of dictatorship and restored democracy to the country became known.

A spring day of celebration for freedom and human rights, of hope and struggle. Drawing Room could not fail to pay homage to this date, which is so important to all Portuguese people around the world🌹🌹

A obra de Sebastião Casanova (Portugal, 1995) gira em torno de um universo cosmográfico em que a realidade íntima, o cinema e a poesia se relacionam como alicerces do seu imaginário ficcional. Os personagens e espaços que cria, reflectem a procura de um entendimento sobre o que é ser humano, num reino onde as culturas, os estereótipos e o erotismo existem em turbulência constante. Através de uma prática multidisciplinar – pintura, fotografia, vídeo e performance – essas dinâmicas conflitantes convergem numa dramatização amnésica.

🇵🇹 - This month we are highlighting the work of Sebastião Casanova, on display at Drawing Room Lisboa 2025 at the stand of the Porto-based gallery Pedro Oliveira.

The work of Sebastião Casanova (Portugal, 1995) revolves around a cosmographic universe in which intimate reality, cinema and poetry interrelate as the foundations of his fictional imagination. The characters and spaces he creates reflect a quest to understand what it means to be human, in a realm where cultures, stereotypes and eroticism exist in constant turmoil. Through a multidisciplinary practice – painting, photography, video and performance – these conflicting dynamics converge in an amnesic dramatisation.
