The last night of Lisbon Stars Connections is one we won’t forget. ✨
We had the honour of hosting Kate Gerwin from Happy Accidents, Projecto Wabi Sabi, Alma de Praga and Mister G from Luzardo — names that need no introduction and that, together, turned the night into something hard to put into words.
They danced the Vira, spun around, formed a conga line… and what happened after that, the pictures say it all. 🎞️

Lisbon Stars Connections 2026

Jakub Protiva — Alma, Prague (CZ)
Bartender on the team at Alma — the Kro Group’s multi-zone restaurant, cocktail bar, café and wine bar concept operating since the start of summer 2023 on V Jirchářích street in Prague’s New Town. Works alongside Pavel Sochor on a drinks program treated as a direct extension of the kitchen, with fermentations, tinctures and syrups produced in the on-site lab.

Sara de Sousa - Wabi Sabi, Paris
A national product from the north of the country, Sara is into the arts and loves dipping her french fries in ice cream. She used to be one of ours, and her desire to discover new things led her to explore. She also visited London for A Bar with Shapes for a Name.

Currently, she is a bartender in Paris at Bar Nouveau, and is the second half of this Wabi Sabi project.

Leandro de Sousa, Wabi Sabi, Paris

A national product, Leandro comes from Números, he was part of our team and came to relive the memories. Leandro doesn’t like to walk barefoot.
Although he spends his days playing at being a professional bartender in Paris, currently at Abstract Bistrot, he also spent time in London at A Bar with Shapes for a Name, he likes to experiment and spread chaos a little everywhere with this project - Wabi Sabi.

Pavel Sochor — Alma, Prague (CZ)
Head Bartender at Alma and beverage lead for the Kro Group. After years working in London and Edinburgh he returned to the Czech Republic, where he built Alma’s lab around avant-garde techniques and unconventional ingredients — Jerusalem artichoke cream, black garlic, peppermint. Now one of the central voices in Prague’s rejuvenated cocktail scene, with Alma anchoring the city’s drinks map since 2023.
