Co-owner of Moonlight (e)xperimental Bar in Zaragoza’s old town, named Best Bartender of Spain at the 2024 World Class Competition and Bartender Revelación at Madrid Fusión the same year. Moonlight is ranked among Spain’s ten best cocktail bars, a creative space built around a cocktail tasting menu where, in his words, “every dream becomes a cocktail”.

Portuguese bartender from Porto. Head Bartender at Bacchanalia in Mayfair, the Greek-Italian destination that opened to enormous attention in late 2022.
He developed Bacchanalia’s first cocktail menu and runs the program from a dedicated R&D lab where the team produces its own infusions, distillates and cordials.
