This week, Celfocus employees took part in volunteering initiatives through our Volunteering Hub, reinforcing our commitment to creating a positive impact beyond the workplace.
Together, our teams joined Banco Alimentar Contra a Fome and Banco de Bens Doados, helping to organize fresh produce and stationary supplies for distribution to various institutions and Associação Plantar uma Árvore in activities focused on environmental restoration, wildfire prevention and sustainability.

These initiatives reflect the purpose behind the programme, making it easier for our people to engage with meaningful causes aligned with Celfocus’ strategic priorities, and to contribute their time and skills to create tangible impact in the communities where we operate.

We brought our Hackathon initiative to AUC The American University in Cairo, where students tackled cybersecurity challenges in cryptography, OSINT, forensics, web security, and more, showcasing impressive talent, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. 🔐💻

Another fantastic edition of the Celfocus Hello Summer event brought our Lisbon and Oporto together for an afternoon of connection, conversation, and a relaxed picnic atmosphere. ☀️🎉

📢 We’re happy to announce that this month, Celfocus will also be attending the “Telekom Campus Fair”, hosted by Deutsche Telekom.

On June 24–25, 2026, at the Deutsche Telekom campus on Landgrabenweg in Bonn, Germany, we’ll be on-site to discuss how network autonomy can be accelerated through digital twins and agentic automation.

At our booth, we'll be showcasing a demo that combines network digital twins, intelligent event processing, and AI-driven recommendations to help operators detect issues faster, identify root causes, and streamline network operations.

Rounding off our sessions at TM Forum’s DTW Ignite 2026, Celfocus will join industry leaders for the panel discussion “Designing the hybrid network of the future.”

📍 Join us on June 24th, at 14:45 (CET) on the Vision Stage, where João Antunes, Head of Autonomous Networks Offer at Celfocus, will join Abdullah Alfaifi, GM, Group Technology Strategy and Business Architecture at stc, Jayesh Hargovan, Senior Manager Enterprise Architecture at Vodacom Group, and Joann O'Brien, VP Beyond Connectivity and Digital Ecosystems at TM Forum. The discussion will be moderated by David Villegas, co-Chair ODA for Satellite Collaboration Project at TM Forum.

The panel will explore the future of hybrid terrestrial-space networks, the role of autonomy and in managing complexity and resilience, the services expected to drive growth, and the skills, partnerships, and ecosystem collaboration required to support non-terrestrial networks (NTNs).
