This book works as a tool to ignite and trigger the creative potential of those invested in pursuing a physical exploration in dance and improvisation. It introduces a new method I have developed called the "X method". The aim is to facilitate a fun and enjoyable, rich and meaningful, accessible way to experience and explore the moving the body in guided improvisation and Dance.
