8 Health Lounge in Lisbon, Portugal. A great cosy brunch spot with an innovative menu. Their dishes all relate to their 8 core principles as set out by founders Ruben and Nancy Diaz.
We loved the vanilla sky oat milk latte (we even made a second trip there to try their smoothie bowls), oh yeah and they have a corner where you can contribute to a communal knitting project, and a small garden where they grow their own ingredients!

Saltimporten Canteen. A day trip to Sweden (Malmo) from Copenhagen just for this lunch joint. We thought we were lost but the food was definitely worth the journey. A hidden gem, with only one meat and one vegetarian option available, the menu changes daily.⁠

Luini is a bakery that was founded in 1888 in Puglia. In 1949, Giuseppina Luini moved her family to Milan and opened a bakery at Via S. Radegonda, 16 (where it still stands today!). ⁠

Panzerotti are typical of Puglia. They’re a fried pocket of dough stuffed with any combination of things (the classic being simply tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese). ⁠
