In the light of COVID19 outbreak, Quintinha Rocha apartments are available for long-term rental at reduced rates for health professionals.

We are located 500 meters from Hospital Dr. Nélio Mendonça. All 4 apartments are fully equipped for utmost comfort and privacy. You will enjoy a diverse garden of eatable flowers and fruit trees, barbecue and private parking.

Monthly rate for health professionals with all expenses included: 620€

Quintinha Rocha is a typical "Madeiran Quinta" located in the outskirts of Funchal city in Madeira island.

Surrounded by vivid centenary gardens, the two-story mother house embraces 4 elegant new apartments designed for utmost comfort and a home-feeling experience. Each apartment accommodates 2+1 people, has a spacious bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room, and access to 2 private balconies.

Each apartment has been named with a Madeiran traditional tree or plant medicine.

The common areas consist of various gardens with fruit trees such as banana, mango and pitanga, exotic trees, vegetables, aromatic herbs and typical Madeiran flowers.

We also have a barbecue area where you are welcome to prepare delicious food and enjoy an outdoor relaxing atmosphere with your loved ones.

We offer free private parking in Quintinha also suitable for electric cars.
